What is Preconstruction and why?

Preconstruction "Precon" are used in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins. These services include presentation centres, different levels of access to units not yet available to the public and the purchase of units from realtors and builders during the construction phase.

It's no secret that the housing market has grown exponetially over the course of a few years. According to Royal Lepage Canada, the Spring housing market for 2022 is poised for continued growth following double-digit gains in the fourth quarter.

Buying Pre-con gives you the flexibility you need to pull that money together over time. A deposit on a pre-con can vary but the benefit is that you pay it in installments over 2, 3 and sometimes 4 years.

What is Platinum Access? Platinum access allows our agents to get first choice units for their clients before they are released to the other levels and ultimately to the public.
